Sheabree holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University specializing in Marketing, is a 2021 graduate of the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute and a participant in the University of Texas IC2 accelerator program that helps rural Texas communities grow their business base. 

 

Sheabree came to Childress in 2016 as the Mashburn Event Center Director and has been an employee of the CMDD since October 2018, when management of the event center was turned over to the CMDD.  For the last year she has mentored with Doc Smith learning the objectives of the CMDD and the role of the Executive Director.  Sheabree will continue to be responsible for the overall operations of the event center.
